Speak at AIA26

AIA26 kicks off in San Diego next June—and the Call for Proposals was your first opportunity to shape the conversation that will happen there.

Whether you had a game-changing project, a strategy that’s working, or a perspective others needed to hear, this was your chance to share it.

We were especially interested proposals that:

  • Presented bold ideas or fresh takes
  • Were rooted in practice and real-world impact
  • Challenged assumptions and sparked new ways of thinking
  • Offered real tools, frameworks, or strategies attendees can apply

Session formats included seminars, panels, workshops, micro presentations, and tours.

Why submit?

  • Lead the conversation—inspire a global community of architects, designers, and AEC leaders.
  • Shape what’s next—help set the agenda for the future of design, practice, and the built environment.
  • Build your profile—position yourself or your firm as a thought leader on one of the industry’s biggest stages.

Important deadlines

  • August 25: Call for Proposals opened
  • September 25: Call for Proposals closed
  • Mid-November: Notification of final acceptance

Call for peer reviewers

The Call for Peer Reviewers for AIA26 is now closed.

If you’d like to experience the peer review process—or help ensure voices like yours are represented at the next conference—AIA27 peer reviewer submissions will open in May 2026.
