When will the CE I earned at AIA26 appear on my transcript?
Please check your AIA transcript after July 3 to confirm we have an accurate record of your attendance at AIA26. If you notice any discrepancies, please email education@conferenceonarchitecture.com.

How can I request a record of my AIA26 attendance?
You can request your record of attendance and certificates of completion by emailing education@conferenceonarchitecture.com.

My AIA26 record of attendance is incorrect. How can I make updates?

Please send a list of sessions that are missing or need to be removed to education@conferenceonarchitecture.com.

Will AIA report GBCI credits to my USGBC transcript?
AIA will report session attendance to USGBC for any AIA26 attendees who provided their GBCI number during registration. If you’re missing any session credits or did not provide your USGBC number at registration, please follow the standard USGBC self-reporting process.

How long can I use the AIA26 app?
You can use the AIA26 app throughout the year to download session handouts, review session notes, keep in contact with people you met, and more.

To access the session presentations, click on ‘Full Schedule,’ and search for the session program code or title. Once you open the session description, scroll down to ‘Documents & Links.’ If the speaker provided their presentation, it will be listed here. You can also access them through the web app.

Where can I find AIA26 session handouts?
Handouts are only available for viewing and downloading via the mobile app. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store,

Where will AIA27 be located?
AIA27 is happening in Philadelphia, May 19–22, 2027, at the Philadelphia Convention Center.

When does AIA27 registration open?

Can I book my AIA27 hotel now through AIA housing?

What are the criteria for submitting a proposal for AIA27?
You do not have to be an AIA member to submit a proposal for AIA27. Submissions are open to all. Session content should focus on specific themes and emerging trends in the AEC industry—providing valuable educational insights for attendees at different knowledge and career levels.

What is the selection process for AIA27 education sessions?
Educational content for AIA27 is primarily selected through the Call for Proposals. All sessions undergo a peer review process by subject matter experts.

Can I volunteer to be a peer reviewer for the Call for Proposals?
Yes. AIA is looking for subject matter experts in architecture and design to review educational sessions and tour proposals for the AIA Conference on Architecture & Design 2027. If you’re interested, the application form is available on the Call for Proposals page.

Where and when will AIA28 be held?
AIA28 will take place May 10–13, 2028, at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
