Accessibility at AIA26

AIA fosters a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion across our profession, firms, and chapters. These values are central to the events we host, including AIA26, and creating an inclusive, accessible experience for all attendees is a top priority. With at least 28% of adults living with a disability, more than one-fourth of our global AIA community are people with disabilities. We’re eager to welcome you and your access needs and eliminate barriers to attendance, communication, and participation as much as possible.

How we’re making AIA26 an experience for everyone

Accessibility is an ongoing practice that requires care and long-term commitment. Our goal is to add accommodations and improve our offerings at a sustainable pace, ensuring consistent growth. This year, we’re thrilled to work with an accessibility consultant who identifies as disabled to support our planning process and audit the 2026 conference.

This page includes details about available accommodations and how to request them.

Please email us your accessibility and accommodation requests by April 25, 2026. While we will do our best to help, arrangements cannot be guaranteed after this date.
