Jason King, AIA, LEED BD+C, is an architect and principal at Arrowstreet with a focus on large-scale, mixed-use development projects. Jason specializes in complex programming for office, residential, and hospitality projects. As an expert in managing historic renovation and adaptive reuse projects, he was the Project Architect on Congress Square, a 500,000-square-foot adaptive reuse, mixed-use development in downtown Boston, and helped lead Arrowstreet's efforts transforming a 1930s hospital building into a vibrant amenity center as part of the Ashlar Park residential campus in Quincy, MA. Recently, Jason has led Arrowstreet's efforts to revitalize the former Boston Edison Power Plant in South Boston, assisting our clients in adapting the 1900s era structures into a lively mix of retail, restaurant, civic, and office uses.
