Revitalizing Housing Through Adaptive Reuse & Landscape Design

Additional fee, registration required.

This tour will showcase two innovative projects in Quincy, Massachusetts, that are addressing the state's housing shortage through the adaptive reuse of historically significant institutional buildings: Center & Stone and Ashlar Park.

While Center & Stone transforms the Masonic Temple sited within the urban context of downtown Quincy, Ashlar Park revitalized an abandoned medical center nestled within a residential neighborhood. Both projects feature thoughtfully integrated architecture and landscape design that foster connections to nature and support the mental health and well-being of residents.
