The Architecture Expo at A’22

Exhibiting at A’22 will give your business access to experienced, professional industry leaders looking to learn about new products and companies, and build relationships with suppliers. This year’s expo will be hosted at McCormick Place Chicago Convention Center June 23 and 24.

How do I book a booth?

Step 1 – Click the link above to begin the process.

Step 2 – Creating an exhibitor account

If you have exhibited in the past, it is recommended you reach out to for your “booking code” to help save time during the application process. If you have not exhibited at the show in the past, select continue to begin the process.

Step 3 – Company information

The next page has five sections. The first section asks for basic company information, followed by selecting which product categories your organization aligns which. Hold down the Ctrl key to select multiple, you may select up to 10. Next we ask for a primary contact and an accounting contact. These contacts are who we will send relevant and important information regarding your booth space. Lastly we ask you to list your competitors, specific companies you do not wish to be next to. This step is optional.

Step 4 and 5 – Selecting your booth space and digital listing.

Your application is nearly complete! Submit your online exhibit application with your payment option for approval by Show Management. Step 4 will ask you to select a digital listing option, you must make a selection.

Step 6 – Select sponsorships

Looking for additional exposure opportunities? Select sponsorships to supplement your booth space.

Step 7 – Confirmation

Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email* with an estimated invoice amount. Please note that your application is pending until you receive a confirmation email.

*Invoices will be emailed to the primary contact on the application.

Specifying your booth

The booth specifications document provides the information that will help you with your display preparations for Chicago. If your booth does not meet the specifications, you must submit a rendering of your display to Show Management for review. All booths—regardless of size—are required to follow these guidelines.

Important information about your booth
To avoid additional costs (i.e. design cost or tear down of an unapproved structure) please obtain written approval before beginning production or construction of your display. For advance approval, or for any other questions regarding booth specifications, email conference operations.

Managing your booth

Once you have booked your booth and received your confirmation email, you will have access to the exhibitor portal. The portal gives you the freedom to oversee your exhibition information, all in one place.

  • Update and manage your company booth profile
  • Link to important sites and documents such as the exhibitor service manual, EAC (exhibitor appointed contractor) designation forms, and exhibitor registration
  • Access your account and payment history

When you sign in to the exhibitor portal, you will need to enter your company e-code which can be found on your confirmation email.
