Additional registration fee required. Manage your registration to add.

North City is a 200-plus-acre mixed-use district emerging at the edge of California State University San Marcos, envisioned as a compact, walkable extension of the campus and surrounding community. Its plan blends residential, academic, and commercial uses within a sustainable, pedestrian-scaled framework.

Attendees will visit a series of projects that illustrate North City's evolution, including a new mixed-use tower that now marks the San Marcos skyline; the CSU system's first P3 academic facility, featuring sweeping views from its sixth-floor deck; and an active construction site that will introduce more than 900 new beds and a student recreation and wellness center upon completion.
