Frederik is a Principal at Safdie Rabines Architects, where he leads the design and delivery of complex mixed-use, educational, civic, and residential projects across the San Diego region. With a focus on shaping vibrant urban environments, he brings a strategic and collaborative approach to work at the intersection of architecture, planning, and community development.
His portfolio includes the North Campus Student Housing & Wellness Center within North City, currently under construction and designed to serve students at California State University San Marcos. He has also contributed to major projects for UCLA and UC San Diego. Through his work leading projects from visioning and entitlement through execution, Frederik brings a valuable behind-the-scenes perspective on the evolution of the North City Master Plan.
