Maressa Perreault, AIA, is an architect and Associate Principal at Utile. Leading a wide range of civic, non-profit, academic, and residential projects, her work skillfully navigates complex aesthetic and regulatory issues in historically sensitive environments. She co-authored the Boston City Hall Conservation Management Plan and was recognized as “the upcoming generation of female design talent” by 2013 BSA Women in Design: Urban Interventions. She has taught design studios at Wentworth Institute of Technology and Northeastern University. Maressa holds at BA from Middlebury College and an M.Arch from the University of Virginia.
