Phil Casey specializes in the design of large-scale multifamily residential and commercial mixed-use developments, including the LEED Platinum-certified 121 Seaport office tower; the award-winning residences at Park 151 in Cambridge Crossing; and 380 Stuart, Boston’s first all-electric office tower, coming to the Back Bay. Phil leads CBT’s most complex urban mixed-use projects. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and American Institute of Architects and is an active supporter of the United Way and the Citizen’s School.
