Commonwealth Pier: Revitalization of a Historic Pier Building

The revitalization of the Seaport World Trade Center on Boston's renowned Commonwealth Pier is underway. It is poised to transform and rejuvenate a historic pier building with new amenities, enhanced public access to the waterfront, vibrant retail options, first-class event spaces, and a unique, flexible work environment for the headquarters for a global financial services firm. 

This tour will showcase the significant infrastructure and urban planning improvements in this large-scale adaptive reuse project. Plus, check out the 163,500 sq. ft. of accessible, dynamic outdoor space that will serve as a central gathering point, making the site an attractive downtown destination.
