Susan Moe

Susan is an architect and CASp. She founded Access Compliance Consulting in 2021, drawing on more than 30 years of experience in accessibility training, consulting, and publications. She holds AIA and ICC Preferred Provider status and provides plan review services for multifamily housing to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. A former Division of the State Architect team member, she contributed to California Building Code rulemaking, developed the first CASp open-book exam, and chairs the California Building Officials Access Committee. She is also a member of the California Building Standards Commission Access Code Advisory Committee.
