Kate Allen, PE, MBA
Kate has more than 25 years of experience in the AEC industry she is well versed in the design and business operations of running an AE firm. At Stambaugh Ness she is Director of Strategic Growth Advisory, and her primary focus is on helping clients with strategic planning and transition including leadership and internal ownership transition. Kate applies a “lead with people” approach as she partners with firms to successfully anticipate and prepare for their future.
Working collaboratively with firms Kate draws from her unique educational background as well as her experience as an engineer, educator, entrepreneur, industry consultant, and business leader.
A regular webinar presenter and blogger for Stambaugh Ness, Kate incorporates her deep knowledge base in strategy, transitions, business improvement, and financial acumen to help AEC firms succeed. As Director of Strategic Growth Advisory, she is engaged with training, executive coaching, strategic planning, leadership transition, ownership transition, and business improvement.
