Nikolaus Remus

Nikolaus Remus, AIA, is the Advocacy Engagement Director on staff at AIA Colorado, where he manages state and local advocacy initiatives and monitors legislation that may impact the architecture profession. He manages AIA Colorado's Government Affairs Committee, Committee on the Environment, Housing Committee, and others. He was also the 2025 co-chair to AIA National's Resiliency and Disaster Response Committee. Nikolaus previously spent nine years working in the architecture profession on a wide variety of projects.
