Jessica McIntyre, PE

Jessica McIntyre is a Senior Waterfront Engineer with the consulting firm Moffatt & Nichol. Jessica's key focus for 20+ years has been in the management, planning, permitting and design of recreational, commercial, and industrial waterfront development projects from concept development and feasibility to design and construction for public and private sector clients. In this role, she has worked with clients to identify potential alternative funding sources, develop an implementation strategy to apply for funding based on the project components and timeline, and support application and implementation of grant funding for 10+ distinct projects in the US. For the Wharf project, Jessica served as a Project Design Lead and Project Manager for the maritime infrastructure components on this multi-use urban waterfront redevelopment project, including securement of over $2M in federal grants for boating access infrastructure.
