Ari Blumenthal, AIA

Ari Blumenthal, AIA has over 30 years experience, with 25 years at Shalom Baranes Associates and has served as Project Manager and/or Project Architect for a range of complex mixed-use and institutional projects. For City Ridge, he served as overall project manager, supervising a team of 30 in-house architects, extensive consultant team and coordinator with owner. He worked extensively on City Ridge from master planning through construction. He combines deep technical knowledge across many building types and systems while navigating regulatory concerns to guide problem solving.
