As the Atlantic Coast Region Leader, Rachel manages the operations of the Washington DC studio, balancing staffing and workload needs. She has executive responsibility for firm operations in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and North Carolina, and for clients within the Federal Government. Her efforts also support the region’s business development initiatives and growth goals, as she works closely with business development teams during the RFP and interview processes.
