Eddy Santosa, AIA, LEED Fellow, BEMP, CBCP, LEED AP BD+C, ENV SP, is the Building Performance and Climate Responsive Design Leader in North America for Mott MacDonald, a management, engineering, and development consultancy. With over 24 years of experience, he is a global leader in delivering sustainable building strategies and designs. Eddy has worked on more than 300 building projects across the US and globally, focusing on high-performance sustainable design.

He has been recognized for his global industry leadership by the USGBC where he has been appointed as a LEED Fellow. His expertise spans the full remit of sustainable design including regenerative design, net zero planning and design, energy performance optimization, embodied and life-cycle carbon, and alternative low-carbon material uses. Eddy provides technical leadership to a number of nationally and globally significant professional bodies, including the AIA National Building Performance Knowledge Community where he serves as a past-chair, the International Building Performance Simulation Association (IBPSA) US as a board director, a voting member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) SPC 209-2018R committee and LEED ProReviewer. He served on the USGBC Energy & Atmosphere Technical Advisory Group specifically related to guidelines within the LEED V4.1 rating system.
