Ashley Mulhall is at the helm of High-Performance Building and Sustainable Design at GHC-Orcutt | Winslow, leading the charge towards the 2030 Commitment to achieve a Net Zero Energy portfolio. Her focus spans high-performance building science, energy and carbon, sustainability consulting, climate action planning, and the design of deep green projects. Collaborating with project teams, Ashley drives the implementation of sustainability strategies, ensuring each project meets rigorous national certification standards for sustainability and efficiency. Beyond her professional endeavors, Ashley immerses herself in nature, dedicating her focus to sustainability and motivated by the profound impact our designs can have on the environment. Ashley has facilitated LEED Certification of over 1,000,000 square feet. Ashley was a member of AIA National's 2030 Working group from 2016-2023 and was a co- chair of the committee in 2021 and 2022. She is currently serving as a member of the AIA Committee on Climate Action and Design Excellence (CCADE).
