More with Less: Architect as Developer

Meet—and discover the work of—Jonathan Segal, FAIA, the creator of Architect as Developer. This tour will begin at his private car collection in the Barrio, which is part of his most recent multifamily development, The Newton.

You'll then stop by three of his cast-in-place concrete, mixed-use, multifamily developments:

Mr. Robinson (3752 Park Blvd., completed in 2016)
The Polk (4075 Park Blvd., completed in 2017)
The Fort (1011 Fort Stockton Dr., completed in 2017)

The tour will conclude in La Jolla, where you'll see Jonathan’s recently completed private oceanfront private residence, The Camino.
