Tour Del Mar's new Civic Center, which features public terraces overlooking the Pacific, and the new Town Hall, where the community gathers for important civic and private events.
Completed in 2019, the Town Hall addresses the coastal village's need for a centralized community hub. Located on 1.5 acres along the Pacific Coast Highway, the interconnected complex preserves ocean views while consolidating essential civic functions.
The 3,000 sq. ft. Town Hall and 9,000 sq. ft. City Hall anchor the development alongside the 20,000 sq. ft. Town Commons, with most space dedicated to public gardens, courtyards, and community gathering areas.
