Join us for an up-close look at the Zakim Bridge and the Russell Bridge, located next to each other at the delta of the Charles River and Boston Harbor. This architectural tour will explore the aesthetic, architectural, and engineering goals of the design of both iconic bridges.
Since its completion over 20 years ago, the Zakim has become a prominent Boston symbol. The Russell, scheduled to be completed in early 2025, was designed to complement the Zakim to create a harmonious ensemble.
