A short walk from the heart of the Dupont Circle neighborhood stands Stead Park, the first net-zero community center in Washington, D.C.

This tour will examine how the project negotiates the renovation of an historic facility alongside a modern addition, all while preserving precious open space in its urban context.

Join us to see a combination of indoor and outdoor areas that provide multi-generational programming and flexible spaces for public use.
