When will my refund be issued? How long will it take?
We have refunded your registration fees back to your original payment form. If you paid by credit card, the credit will post to your account within 7 business days. If you paid by check or ACH payment/transfer, you’ll receive your funds in 10–14 business days.

Can I apply my registration fees to A’21?
Unfortunately, no. Sign up below and we’ll let you know when registration opens for A’21.

Can I use my free new member registration for A’21?
Yes, we will honor your free new member registration for A’21.

How do I contact registration?
You can email register@conferenceonarchitecture.com or call (800) 343 4146 (US calls) or 001 (847) 996 5850 (international calls). Customer service is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, EST.

How do I cancel my conference hotel reservation?
If you made your reservation through AIA’s official housing vendor, onPeak, you don’t have to do anything. onPeak has already canceled your reservation, and you should have received an email confirming this cancellation.

Your credit card was not processed when you made your reservation through onPeak, so no housing refunds are due.

If you booked directly with the hotel or another housing agent, you will be responsible for cancelling your reservation.

Is AIA refunding travel or other transportation costs?
AIA will not refund individual travel costs. Check with your airline regarding their refund policy.

Will exhibitors receive a refund?
Exhibitors can apply their booth and sponsorship investments in the conference to A’21 in Philadelphia and will be offered incentives to do so. They can also receive a full refund. Further details on both are being sent to exhibitors. If you don’t receive a communication from us, please contact Joy Williams with our show partner Informa at Joy.Williams@informa.com.

How will I earn my continuing education credits?
Check out AIAU, our online learning platform, as well as options through your AIA chapter and AIA-approved CES providers. AIA is also working on new opportunities for members and architects to earn continuing education in 2020. Stay tuned!

I purchased a Platinum Pass. Can I still use my five free AIAU courses?
No, unfortunately not.

Will A’20 be rescheduled?
No, unfortunately not. However, AIA is currently working with its partners and vendors to develop a virtual event and additional continuing education offerings for members and architects in 2020. We will share info as soon as we can.

Will the AIA Business Meeting be rescheduled?
We are currently looking at options for holding the AIA Business Meeting in 2020 and will communicate with you as soon as we know.

Will the Investiture Ceremony be rescheduled?
We are currently looking at options for holding the 2020 Investiture Ceremony and will communicate with you as soon as we know.
