Carolyn Rickard-Brideau is the CEO and a Partner at Little, a transdisciplinary design firm with a national footprint. Carol has held almost every position at Little during her 30-year tenure: Project Architect, Project Manager, Office President, Practice Leader, and Corporate President, prior to becoming CEO.
A practicing architect for 40 years, her wide-ranging experience has exposed her to every facet of practice. Her responsibilities include setting firm strategy and vision, creating people and client strategies, and the development of our talented professionals.
