Antoine Habellion, P.Eng., M.Eng., M.S., currently serves as the Technical Director at ROCKWOOL North America, where he oversees the Building Science, Technical Services, Codes & Standards, and Product Development, Compliance, and Testing departments. In this role, he manages a team of skilled engineers and professionals, to drive excellence and innovation in building performance.
With over a decade of experience in designing both residential and commercial building enclosures, Antoine focuses on the detailed analysis of thermal, hygrothermal, fire, and acoustic performance of building assemblies. Additionally, he contributes to the industry by writing technical articles and bulletins. His expertise is valued by architects, engineers, design consultants, and general contractors.
Before his tenure in North America, Antoine gained valuable experience as a Building Science Engineer at ROCKWOOL in Paris, France. He holds a Master of Civil Engineering from Hautes Études d’Ingénieur in Lille, France, and an Advanced master’s degree in building science from the esteemed Arts et Métiers ParisTech and École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) in Paris, France. His academic work includes authoring a thesis on "Summer Comfort in Buildings Without Cooling Systems."
