Julieanna Huddle has been the Executive Director of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Nashville since April 2016, leveraging over fifteen years of experience in social work and the nonprofit sectors. CASA Nashville’s mission is to train and support Court Appointed Volunteers to advocate for the best interest of children in the child welfare and juvenile justice system so that each child can be safe, have a permanent home, and can thrive. Julieanna’s personal

journey supporting friends, family, and loved ones through the foster care system fuels her commitment to promoting support and connection, with a focus on child-centered and family-focused approaches. Under Julieanna’s leadership, CASA Nashville has undergone a significant transformation, including the development of specialized advocacy programs aimed at better serving children and their families through equity, belonging, and trauma-informed practices.
