Anne Whitsel

Anne Whitsel is a Design Coordinator 2 (LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, Fitwel) in the HDR-Boston Architecture studio. She is an active member of the Boston design community where she has served on the I2SL New England Chapter Board as the Young Professionals Committee Chair for the past two years. She additionally volunteers as a member of the Technical Advisory Council to the Labs2Zero program.
Anne was awarded the Director’s Leadership Merit Award upon her graduation from Washington University in St. Louis, MO, where she majored in Architecture and Minored in Environmental Engineering Science as a William H. and Elizabeth Gray Danforth Scholar. At HDR, she serves as the Boston office AIA 2030 reporting champion and as the Sustainability Stewards Program Team Lead.
Anne brings a passion for sustainable design, human health, and technical expertise to every project and is considered an essential part of project success on the Transportation and Justice Architecture teams at HDR.
