Greg Karczewski is the President of Union Square Station Associates (US2), a real estate development firm, and a seasoned industry professional with over 25 years of experience as a developer, consultant, and educator. Passionate about urban real estate investment and development, he is committed to creating dynamic, thriving cities through transformative projects.
As the master developer for the Union Square revitalization in Somerville, MA (discoverusq.com), US2 is leading the creation of a 3.5-million-square-foot, mixed-use employment center anchored by the new MBTA station. Under Greg’s leadership and in partnership with the City, the project is driving economic growth, fostering innovation, and enhancing the community’s livability.
Greg holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
