Joshua is a leader in accessibility and Universal Design working on most market types. This broad experience gives insight to the specific needs and challenges of different communities and building typologies, as diverse as eating disorder treatment and National Guard readiness centers. With international experience in the Middle East, Bangladesh, Australia, and elsewhere, he also incorporates current research, best practices, and code approaches into project consulting and code development, most recently with the federal government of Canada. In addition to his own lived experience with AuDHD, he brings working knowledge of ASPECTSS, DeafSpace, blind design, Trauma-Informed-Design, and the Rick Hansen Foundation accessibility certification (RHFAC).
