Tess Dickman is an NCIDQ-certified interior designer, investigating the opportunities of the built environment to foster feelings of belonging. Tess likes designing spaces for people— and with that comes a deep desire to know them, to understand them, to connect with them in order to create spaces that best support them. Prior to joining Studio Pacifica as an accessibility specialist, Tess spent nearly 15 years designing spaces that served individual families and mission-based organizations.
