He spent 12 years as a plasterer across Northern California, followed by 15 years as a Field Service Manager in the EIFS industry, delivering training, troubleshooting, and architectural presentations. Most recently, he served 7 years as a Sales Manager, leading a team of 8–10 and driving more than $35 million in annual sales.
