Brenna Weaver, AIA | Principal, BDE Architecture
Brenna Weaver is a Principal at BDE Architecture with nearly two decades of experience leading multi-family residential projects across the Bay Area. Since joining BDE in 2007, she has managed a diverse range of housing developments — from affordable housing to market-rate and luxury projects — with a focus on precise technical execution and seamless project coordination at every phase.
Brenna holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan. Her strong technical foundation, combined with years of hands-on experience navigating the Bay Area's complex regulatory and development landscape, has made her a trusted resource from early entitlements and agency approvals through construction administration and closeout.
As a firm leader, Brenna excels at coordinating the many moving parts of complex multi-family developments — managing consultants, contractors, clients, and municipal agencies with clarity and precision. She is known for keeping projects on track through careful documentation, proactive problem-solving, and a thorough command of building codes, entitlement processes, and construction requirements.
Brenna is a licensed architect and member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
