David Block, FAIA AICP

David Block has led Evergreen Real Estate Group’s development division since 2014. An architect and urban planner, David has been involved in community development and affordable housing for nearly 30 years. David has led the development of more than 2,000 units of housing and nearly $1 billion in cost. David previously worked at several Boston-based architectural firms. In 2023 David was inducted into the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects.
