Molly Jacobs, AIA, is an architect and advocate for equitable, resilient, and human-centered design based in Portland, Oregon. As a Senior Associate at Integrus Architecture, she focuses on innovative educational, civic, and commercial environments that support well-being, accessibility, and community connection. With a background in fine arts, she brings a thoughtful blend of creativity, technical rigor, and strategic thinking to her work, advancing design solutions that are both impactful and inclusive.
Molly currently serves on the AIA Strategic Council and the AIA Committee on Architecture for Education KC. Through her leadership within the AIA, she has contributed to initiatives focused on empowering future leaders, advancing equitable and resilient practice models, and strengthening member engagement across the profession. She is also involved in community-based design education and mentorship programs that support students and emerging professionals, reflecting her belief in architecture as a tool for opportunity, inclusion, and long-term community resilience.
