Nick Novelli

Dr. Nick Novelli is an Associate in the High Performance unit at AECOM, where he leads sustainability strategy, decarbonization analysis, and workflow innovation across sectors and scales. Formerly Director of Research Engineering at Yale’s Center for Ecosystems in Architecture, he developed award-winning building technologies and monitoring systems. Nick contributes to policy development and has authored research on energy systems, indoor air quality, and life cycle analysis. He brings deep expertise in regenerative design and performance-driven architecture.
