Mark Rowland

Mark Rowland, Architect/Retired worked 45 years as an Architect, Construction Manager and Project Manager, with the last 21 years of Mark’s career was as Principal Architect/Project Manager with the Capital Program Management Office for the University of California, San Diego. Mark’s project concentration was in Laboratory, Research and Teaching Facilities. Mark was the lead Project Manager on the Franklin Antonio Hall project from its initial programmatic inception through construction completion.
