Grace Lin

Grace Lin, a senior consultant at Turner & Townsend, guides capital project delivery and advances Owner organization’s goals. With decades of experience, she advises on procurement, project planning, development, and execution. She serves on the AIA Project Delivery Knowledge Community (PDKC) leadership group. She serves as a director-at-large for the DBIA NYC Metropolitan Region. Grace, a certified DBIA and seasoned professional, co-authored DBIA’s 2024 Owner Advisor Primer. She teaches graduate level students at Columbia University.
