PedramFarashbandi, AIA, is a Principal at David Baker Architects, a collaborative architecture and urban design firm known for innovative housing, creative site strategies, and healthy design. Pedram is a multi-faceted, visionary architect who enjoys working on diverse typologies across all phases. Focused on mid-rise and high-rise design. Pedram recently guided a 22-story residential tower on Treasure Island in San Francisco Bay and was an invited juror for the 2025 AIA Chicago Firm Award.
A high school summer job building models set Pedram on a path to a prolific, international career in architecture. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iran, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. He is a member of the AIA San Francisco Housing Committee.
