Julia Donoho

A prior Board Member of AIA (2013-15), Julia Donoho AIA-ESQ-GC authored the California Component Disaster Recovery Toolkit after fire burned into her community and she became expert in the process of recovery and rebuilding. As VP/GC of Homebound Construction she developed processes for rebuilding faster using technology. From 2020-23 Donoho chaired the Fire Section of HUD’s Designing for Natural Disaster Resilience Guide. She serves on the National Disaster Assistance Committee and AIACA Disaster Area Network.
