Steve Vinci, LEED Fellow, is the Building Enclosures Technical Lead at Glumac with over 25 years of experience in building science. Specializing in passive design, energy efficiency, and material resiliency, he’s led enclosure consulting and commissioning on high-performance projects worldwide. As vice-chair of USGBC’s LEED Energy & Atmosphere TAG, he advances LEED v5 implementation. His holistic approach bridges passive and active systems, earning him the 2025 Leadership Award from Building Enclosure magazine.
