Joseph Lucido

Joseph Lucido is an accomplished design professional, educator, and program leader with 25+ years of experience in architecture, sustainable development, and real estate. As Department Chair at Palomar College, he led the creation of its first bachelor’s degree—the B.S. in Building Performance and Environmental Design. He also serves as President of the CCCAP and collaborates with NCARB, AIA, and USGBC, advocating for equitable, climate-conscious, and innovative pathways into the profession.
