At the intersection of design, people, and purpose stands Daniel Mai, Assoc. AIA, NOMA as the HR Manager at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, where he serves as a firmwide resource advancing inclusive culture and employee growth through positive organizational change. A designer turned HR leader, Daniel brings an architectural mindset to relationship management, strategy, and program development. He holds a Master of Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design and practiced architecture across the education, hospitality, and urban design sectors before pivoting to higher education administration to focus on partnership development and talent acquisition. Beyond Little, Daniel is an active industry advocate, serving as Secretary of the LFRT Inclusion & Belonging Committee, volunteering with the ACE Mentor Program, and have served for the last several years as NCNOMA Vice President, championing equity and opportunity across the profession.
