Evan Bronstein, AIA, NCARB, LEED GA, EDAC is a Design Principal with 30 years of experience leading complex public and private sector projects. His work spans federal, civic, and secure facilities, where he brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to design leadership and project delivery. Evan is known for his ability to listen closely, synthesize complex requirements, and translate multiple inputs into clear, coherent design solutions.
With a background rooted in both practice and education, Evan approaches architecture through multiple lenses—technical, experiential, operational, and cultural—seeking to understand how design decisions influence people, organizations, and communities over time. He has a particular interest in evidence-informed design thinking and in critically evaluating how research, precedent, and qualitative insight can be integrated into architectural practice.
Proficient in advanced design and visualization tools, Evan supports clients and project teams through iterative prototyping and clear communication, helping align vision, performance, and execution. In addition to his professional practice, he is actively engaged in mentorship, teaching, curriculum development and professional leadership, contributing to ongoing conversations about the evolving role of architects in shaping the built environment.
