Nicholette Driggs is a recognized leader in accessibility, inclusive design, and disability advocacy, helping communities and organizations move from awareness to action. A graduate of Western Michigan University, she currently serves as Accessibility Consultant and Business Development Coordinator for Disability Advocates of Kent County, where she leads Absolutely Accessible Kent, a regional initiative advancing accessibility through education, test pilots, and cross-sector collaboration.

With professional expertise spanning the built environment, community systems, and the lifespan, Nicholette brings both technical knowledge and lived experience to her work. She is a Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE), Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), and holds a Certificate in Disability, Inclusion, and Accessible Design (DIAD). Her background allows her to connect ADA standards, inclusive design principles, and real-world use—ensuring accessibility is not only compliant, but practical, dignified, and human-centered.
