Carl Skooglund

Carl Skooglund has been practicing architecture in Washington, DC since 1986. Since joining Wiencek + Associates Architects + Planners in 2017, he has focused on affordable housing and other community-enhancing projects in the DC area, including women's transitional and supportive housing and, most recently, the development of a new DC-sponsored men's shelter on the historic campus of St. Elizabeth's Hospital.
