Coming from a densely populated city of Mumbai, Krutika was continuously fascinated by the interaction of the built environment, its habitants, and the nature. She started her Architectural journey with a Bachelor's degree from the prestigious Sir JJ College of Architecture, India.

After coming to the United States for a graduate program in Urban Design at Carnegie Mellon University, Krutika has worked over 10 years in the Washington DC, Maryland , Virginia area. From onset, her architectural path has been community focused with strong ties to social and economic equity.

As a mentor by emotion, she is currently a mentor at USGBC’s mentorship program and also volunteers with Architecture in School in Washington DC school and serving on the Board of Directors for AIA Potomac Valley chapter.
