Scott Phillips, AIA, AIA, PMP

An Associate Principal, Scott Phillips is a Project Manager in SOM’s DC office. With over 20 years of diverse market experience in all phases of commercial and government projects, Scott managed the design-build delivery of the U.S. Naval Academy's Hopper Hall. He is a strong communicator skilled at managing client relations and planning, organizing and implementing difficult projects with complex technical and design requirements.
