Will Teass, AIA, ASID, LEEP AP (SFx)

Will Teass, AIA, ASID, LEEP AP, is a co-founder and Managing Principal of Teass \ Warren Architects, a Washington, DC–based architectural and interiors firm focused on design excellence and effective project delivery for urban infill projects. He holds degrees from the University of Virginia and Princeton University and is licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Will has presented before numerous local review boards and speaks nationally on design, preservation, and practice. He served on the AIA|DC Board from 2018–2025, including as 2024 President, co-founded the AIA|DC Small Firm Exchange (SFx), and currently serves on the National SFx Board. He has actively engaged with students through the UVA Mentorship Pod program since 2024 and co-founded ArtHub609, a pop-up art gallery dedicated to showcasing galleries and artists in Washington, DC.
