Julia Oderda, AIA

Julia Oderda, AIA, is a principal at VCBO Architecture, a 100+ person firm in Salt Lake City, Utah. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master of Architecture from the University of Utah. With over two decades of experience, she has worked on award-winning projects across various sectors. In 2018, Julia came out as transgender, becoming one of Utah's first out transgender architects in leadership. She advocates for trans visibility and shares her experiences to educate the public, hoping to inspire inclusive and functional architectural spaces.
